Can you maintain a website you didn't build?
Absolutely! We work with existing WordPress websites, not just websites we've designed ourselves. We'll review your current setup and discuss what would be involved in taking over maintenance.
Does website hosting come with my maintenance plan?
Yes. All three of our maintenance plans include website hosting, SSL certificate maintenance and relevant server software updates.
What happens if my website goes down?
All of our plans include 24/7 uptime monitoring to help identify downtime. We can investigate the issue and work toward getting your website back online. We also maintain regular backups to assist with recovery when needed.
Can you make changes to my website?
Of course! Every maintenance plan includes monthly support time for smaller website changes, such as updating text or replacing images. More extensive changes, including creating new pages or functionality, may be quoted separately.
Do you support WooCommerce websites?
Our Care+ plan includes e-commerce support. If you operate an online store, we'll discuss your setup and ongoing maintenance requirements to determine whether the plan is a good fit.
Do I need to be located in Hamilton?
